Shipping policy

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all HERSELF store policies, including our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.


Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1 to 4 business days, depending on your location.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

HERSELF is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Delays caused by address errors

  • Lost packages due to incorrect address information

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds cannot be issued for shipping fees or products that cannot be returned to us.


Carrier Delays & Delivery Issues

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions or natural events

  • Operational issues within USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier for assistance.


Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.


Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries

Packages that are unclaimed or refused may be returned to our facility or destroyed by the carrier.
HERSELF cannot issue refunds for abandoned or destroyed shipments.
If the package is returned to us, reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, email us at info@herselfsupplements.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

We will review the case and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate according to our Return & Refund Policy.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue results from a fulfillment error on our part.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they enter the fulfillment process.
If an order has already been prepared or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
