Refund policy

By purchasing from our website, you agree to the return and refund policy outlined below. These guidelines are based on the policies of our fulfillment partner and apply to all orders placed through our store.


Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, you may request a replacement or refund.

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • A clear photo of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:

  • A replacement will be shipped within 3 business days, or

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days

If the issue is due to a fulfillment error, all costs are covered by us.


Packages Lost in Transit

Claims for lost-in-transit packages must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Approved claims will be refunded or replaced.


Situations Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

The following cases are not eligible for refund, replacement, or credit:

Wrong Address

Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete shipping information are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot modify, redirect, or refund orders shipped to the wrong address provided at checkout.
Reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is unclaimed and returned to our facility, reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Buyer’s Remorse

Acceptance of unopened returns is at our discretion and may require placing a new order at your own expense.

Order Already in Production

If an order has already entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Discontinued or Out-of-Stock Products

We cannot provide compensation for marketing or business expenses tied to discontinued or temporarily unavailable products.

Uncollected FedEx Deliveries

If a FedEx shipment is undeliverable due to incorrect information or refusal by the recipient, the package may be destroyed or abandoned. No refund or replacement can be offered.


Safety and Hygiene Policy for Returns

For safety reasons, we can accept returns only on unopened products.


Shipping Delays

HERSELF is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or factors outside of our control.


Return Shipping Costs
